Scope and contact
Springtide Labs, LLC applies this policy to prompts, uploads, generated images, editing, sharing and other use of the service. Report concerns or appeal a decision at support@image26.io, our monitored operator contact. This policy forms part of the Terms of Service.
1. Pornography and NSFW content
Do not request, upload, generate or share pornography, sexually explicit acts, fetish content, sexualized nudity or other NSFW sexual content. Sexual exploitation, coercion and non-consensual intimate material are prohibited. Do not use editing tools to remove clothing or sexualize a person.
2. Violence and gore
Do not create or distribute graphic injury, dismemberment, torture, extreme gore, or content that celebrates, threatens or encourages violence or self-harm. Do not use the service to plan attacks or supply actionable instructions for causing serious harm.
3. Hate and discriminatory abuse
Do not promote hatred, dehumanization, harassment or violence against people based on protected characteristics such as race, ethnicity, nationality, religion, disability, sex, sexual orientation or gender identity. Incitement to genocide, ethnic hatred or ethnic cleansing is prohibited.
4. Child sexual abuse and child-unsafe content
Child sexual abuse material (CSAM), sexual exploitation or sexualization of minors, grooming, and content encouraging abuse of children are prohibited. This includes synthetic, illustrated or edited depictions and attempts to disguise a minor's age. Never upload or attach suspected illegal child-abuse material to a report; report its location or identifier instead.
5. Deepfakes and impersonation
Do not swap real people's faces or identities, nudify anyone, fabricate real-person identities, statements or actions, or composite a real person into an intimate scene. These uses remain prohibited even if a depicted person consents. Do not impersonate a person or institution, falsify endorsements or documents, or present synthetic images as authentic evidence. Public figures and celebrities receive the same protection. Consent to provide a source image does not override these restrictions.
6. Copyright and trademark infringement
Do not upload or generate material that infringes copyright, trademarks or other rights, distribute unauthorized copies, create counterfeit branding or falsely imply a rights holder's sponsorship. You must have the rights needed for both the source material and your intended use of the output. Availability of a model or a successful safety check does not grant a license or establish that a use is lawful.
Other prohibited conduct and source rights
Terrorism, violent extremism and mass violence are prohibited, including recruitment, propaganda supporting such violence and operational assistance. Do not request instructions to create, acquire or use weapons of mass destruction, including nuclear, biological or chemical weapons. Do not facilitate fraud, doxxing, stalking, malware, unauthorized system access or evasion of safety checks, usage limits or enforcement.
Only upload material you own or have permission to use. For identifiable people, obtain the necessary consent and rights to submit their images and personal data to the service and its providers. Do not upload another person's private material without authorization. Permission to upload never authorizes the prohibited fabrications or intimate uses above.
Automated checks and operator review
Image flows use OpenAI to review prompts, reference images and generated images. A request or result may be blocked or unavailable when review rejects it, remains unresolved, or cannot be completed. These automated services can make mistakes and do not guarantee that every violation is detected.Operators review reports, relevant task or content records and appeals as needed, and may correct a decision or request more context. These checks can miss violations; do not rely on them to establish a person's age or the lawfulness of content. Operator handling does not mean continuous human review of every image. A model selection or transformation must not be used to bypass the policy. Data handling is explained in the Privacy Policy.
How to report
Email the contact above with:
- The task, page or content ID and its location or link, if available.
- The suspected violation and a short explanation, including any immediate safety concern.
- When you encountered it, with time zone if known, and a reply address.
Send only the information needed to locate and assess the issue. Do not attach illegal material or send credentials, passwords or payment-card numbers. If there is imminent danger, contact appropriate emergency services; email is not an emergency channel.
We aim to acknowledge urgent safety reports within 24 hours and other reports within three business days, and to provide a decision or progress update within seven business days. These are response targets, not constant-monitoring guarantees. We may seek further details, prioritize immediate risks and explain action or an update to the extent privacy, safety and legal restrictions allow.
Enforcement and appeal
Depending on severity and available evidence, action may include blocking a request, removing content, restricting features, suspending an account or imposing a ban. Fraudulently obtained credits and improperly claimed promotional credits may be revoked after review. A report alone does not automatically confiscate legitimate purchased credits; legitimate purchased entitlements and mandatory consumer rights must be preserved. A task credit return is distinct from a cash refund under the Refund Policy.
Appeal through the same email with the task/content reference, the decision if available, and why you believe it should change. The operator will review relevant information and communicate the outcome or next step. Do not evade a restriction by opening another account.
